Seasonal Screed Operator Understand and operate the screed on the back end of mechanical pavers Job Overview - Duties and Responsibilities You must have the ability to; Read and understand grades. Adjust and control the trailing arm screws, gates and augers to maintain the desired flow of material. Work with the paver operator to determine the start and stop limits. Use a depth gauge to maintain the desired compacted depth. Work to our safe work practices. Work overtime if required. Work well with supervisor and coworkers.
